Refund Policy for Benni's Closet
This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which Benni's Closet ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") offers refunds for the purchase of our vintage and thrifted products. By engaging in transactions with Benni's Closet, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Damaged Items:
- In the event that the product is damaged during shipment, the customer is required to notify Benni's Closet within 3 days of receiving the item.
- To request a refund for a damaged item, the customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and its original packaging by contacting support@benniscloset.com.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the singular nature of vintage and thrifted products, Benni's Closet typically does not accept returns or exchanges.
- Exceptions to this policy are exclusively granted for items damaged during the shipment process.
3. Refund Process:
- Upon verification and approval of a refund request, Benni's Closet will initiate the refund to the original payment method.
- The customer should allow a reasonable processing period, typically 7-10 business days, for the refund to be reflected in their financial statement. If the customer has not received a refund within 15 days of their return being approved please contact us at support@benniscloset.com.
